Bioparc
In 2008 opened the new Bio Park Valencia. In this innovative zoological park with an extension of 100.000 square meters the barriers are practically invisible and the animals can move around freely. The visitor is brought into the animal’s habitat and not the other way round as in traditional zoos; this concept is called Zoo-inmersion.

Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (City of Arts and Ciences)
This cultural leisure centre surprises with its architecture; during nearly one kilometre alongside the former Turia riverbed and with a surface of 350.000 square meters, this magnificent structure contains several buildings: Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía, Hemisfèric, Museo de las Ciencias Príncipe Felipe, Umbracle and the Oceanographic.

Oceanographic:
This is the mayor aquarium in Europe where are represented the principal ecosystems of the planet.

Parks and Gardens:
Valencia can presume of numerous parks and Gardens. The great variety of species, together with a long botanical tradition, makes the city popularly known as "city of Flowers and Light". The former river bed has turned into the Jardín del Turia, a great space and green lung of the city. Along its banks we find installations for sports and leisure, as well as some of the principal Museums, Monuments and interesting touristic spots, converting this great urban Park into a "River of Culture". Other parks and gardens are Jardines del Real, Alameda, Jardines de Monforte, Jardín Botánico, Glorieta, Parterre.
